Terms of use.

These terms apply when you use the HATCH marketplace. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

• You join HATCH as either a founder or a supplier. One email address holds one role.
• Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• The information you give us must be accurate and yours to share.

2. Supplier review and badges

• Suppliers are shown to founders only after HATCH reviews and approves their application. HATCH may approve, request changes, or decline an application.
• Badges (HATCH Verified, HATCH Trust) are awarded by HATCH based on evidence it has reviewed. They cannot be bought, and no plan changes a supplier's approval, badge or placement.
• Submitting false or altered documents will lead to removal from HATCH.

3. Deals between founders and suppliers

HATCH helps founders and suppliers find and talk to each other. Quotes, samples, orders, payments and delivery are agreed directly between the founder and the supplier. HATCH is not a party to those agreements and does not take a commission on them. A HATCH review or badge is not a guarantee of a supplier's products or performance — please make your own checks before placing an order.

4. Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, fraud, or misleading information.
• Don't try to access other accounts or data you aren't permitted to see.
• You can report or block a conversation at any time. HATCH may pause conversations or suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Plans

HATCH is free to use today. Paid plans (HATCH Pro for founders, Gold Verified for suppliers) are not yet available for purchase; their prices and terms will be shown before anyone is charged.

6. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@hatch.app.
